Ashan Perera is a passionate cricket development leader, ICC-certified coach, and the founder behind multiple successful youth cricket initiatives across Sri Lanka, Qatar, and South Asia. With over a decade of experience in grassroots and elite youth cricket, he has played a key role in shaping the next generation of cricketers through structured training programs, international tours, leagues, and talent pathways.
